3. Commission Fee

  • The Beauty Vault Marketplace charges a 20% commission on the total sale price (including taxes and shipping) of every transaction.
  • The commission will be automatically deducted from the vendor’s earnings before funds are made available for withdrawal.

4. Payouts and Withdrawals

  • Vendors can request withdrawals once their account balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD.
  • Payouts will be processed to the payment method linked to the vendor’s account.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of their listings.
  • Vendors must handle customer service inquiries, returns, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • The Platform reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring payment methods are valid.
  • All purchases are final unless the vendor offers a return or refund policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Platform, including vendors and buyers, agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities.
  • List or sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Platform Rights

  • The Beauty Vault Marketplace reserves the right to:
    • Modify or terminate the Platform or any of its services at any time without notice.
    • Suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.
    • Withhold or deny payouts if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

  • Transactions or disputes between buyers and vendors.
